* I agree to submit a clubs constitution to sccc@ams.queensu.ca by July 31st 2008 in a Word document file. I recognize that by failing to submit this constitution by the deadline, there is a possibility my club will not be re-ratified.
Also send space allocation requests to the above address as well. Space allocation info should contain:
1.Name of Organization
2.Contact Name
3.Contact Email
4. Does your club currently have space? If yes, where?
5. What do you intend to use the space for? (1-2 pages)
6. The number of people that you need to use the space for and the amount of space needed (1-2 pages)
