AMS Clubs Sign‐up Sheet

Submit Registration by: Friday, September 5th at 4:00pm at the AMS Front Desk or contact

Date: Tuesday, September 16th and Wednesday, September 17th
Bioscience Atrium
Set‐up begins 3:30pm daily
Event will run from 5:00pm – 9:00pm daily

Tables will be allocated for ratified clubs on a first come, first serve basis. Due to space constraints,
we unfortunately cannot guarantee all applicants a table. The Commission of Internal Affairs will contact
your group by September 10th at the latest with all additional information.
